Ordering Duplicate Dentures
Please remember duplicate dentures, emergency dentures, or denture clones is a copy of your orginal denture. The teeth and gum area are made of the same material, and can be used as a temporary substitute for short periods of time until your original denture is fixed or by finding a new denture.
Your Denture Must be Repaired First
Duplicate dentures cannot be made from broken dentures. Broken dentures must be repaired first. Broken dentures include having cracks in your denture, loose or lost teeth. All of which are required to be repaired before a duplicate denture can be made.
Decision of the Dentist
Duplicate dentures will not be made from any denture. It is up to the decision of the dentist on whether a duplicate denture should be made from your orginal denture. Please remember, this is to protect you from investing your money into something that is not worth your money. We are not a fly by the night operation where anything get's done by our customers request. We uphold strict quality guidelines to ensure you are always getting the best quality denture repair and duplicate denture possible to our standards.
Sending your Denture
Please put your denture into a zip lock bag. You may also want to consider to buy a plastic soap storage box at a drugstore for extra shipping protection as this container should protect your denture during transit. You can also save about $10 by securing your plastic soap storage box with tape and putting it into a flat rate mailer at the USPS. You may also want to consider insuring your denture during shipment at it's used rate. Tyically, dentures should be insured for about $300.
How long will this take?
Denture Repairs are usually within 1 to 2 days. The same is with Duplicate Dentures. If your denture is need of repair, the repair and duplicate denture is usually completed the same day and shipped back to you. Other places take a week or more to make your duplicate denture. We have never shipped a duplicate denture to any customer for longer than three days.
Call before sending
Please call us before sending your dentures. From time to time we are very busy with denture repairs and making duplicate dentures. Our customer care specialists will tell you when the best time to send your dentures might be if you need your dentures asap.
